BrightVits is a parent-founded UK family supplement brand creating thoughtfully formulated supplements for children and families.
Our focus is on clear formulations, carefully selected nutrient forms and helping parents better understand what is inside the supplements they choose.
BrightVits was created from my own experience as a mum of three. I wanted family supplements that felt considered, transparent and straightforward to understand with ingredients chosen for a reason and clear guidance on how each product fits into everyday family life.
That idea became BrightVits.
Why I Created BrightVits
Like many parents, I wanted to feel confident about the supplements I was choosing for my family.
But choosing a supplement can involve much more than looking at the name on the front of the bottle. There are different nutrient forms, different delivery systems, different ingredient combinations and different products designed for different ages.
I wanted BrightVits to bring more clarity to those choices.
That is why our approach focuses on thoughtful formulations, transparent product information and carefully considered ingredients.
Our current range includes:
- BrightVits Liposomal Kids Multivitamin, formulated for children aged 1–10
- BrightVits Liposomal Magnesium Bisglycinate, designed for children and adults
As BrightVits grows, our aim is to continue developing supplements that support the nutritional needs of children and families while keeping our formulation philosophy clear and consistent.
How We Approach Our Formulas
Every BrightVits product is developed around the purpose of the formula and the role of the ingredients within it.
Depending on the product, we use selected nutrient forms including:
- Methylfolate
- Methylcobalamin vitamin B12
- Vegan vitamin D3
- Vitamin K2 as MK-7
- Magnesium bisglycinate
Our current products are liquid formulations with clear serving guidance for the relevant age groups.
BrightVits liposomal formulations also use sunflower-derived phospholipids as part of the delivery system.
We believe parents should be able to understand more than simply the amount of a vitamin or mineral listed on a label. The form of the nutrient, the combination of ingredients and the way the product has been formulated also matter when evaluating a supplement.
What Does Liposomal Mean at BrightVits?
Liposomal delivery uses phospholipids to form small lipid-based structures that can carry nutrients within a formulation.
In BrightVits products, the phospholipids used for our liposomal delivery system are derived from sunflower lecithin.
Liposomal technology is one part of our wider formulation approach. We do not believe that one feature alone defines a good supplement. The nutrient forms, ingredient selection, serving guidance, manufacturing standards and overall formulation should all be considered together.
That is why BrightVits also focuses on helping parents understand the terminology and formulation choices they may encounter when comparing family supplements.
Our Kids Multivitamin
The BrightVits Liposomal Kids Multivitamin is formulated for children aged 1–10.
It contains 13 vitamins and minerals, including:
- Vitamin A
- Vitamin C
- Vitamin D3
- Vitamin K2
- B vitamins
- Folate
- Vitamin B12
- Biotin
- Zinc
- Iodine
Selected nutrient forms include methylfolate, methylcobalamin vitamin B12, vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 MK-7.
The formula has a natural blackcurrant flavour and is designed with age-specific serving guidance for younger children and children aged 6–10.
Our Magnesium Bisglycinate
The BrightVits Liposomal Magnesium Bisglycinate is formulated for both children and adults.
It provides magnesium in the form of magnesium bisglycinate and uses sunflower-derived phospholipids as part of the liposomal delivery system.
The product has a natural elderflower flavour and includes serving guidance for children from 1 year through to adults.
This allows BrightVits to support not only children's supplementation but also the wider nutritional needs of families.
Quality and Manufacturing
BrightVits supplements are manufactured in Germany in facilities operating to recognised quality and food-safety standards, including GMP and ISO 22000.
Our current formulations are:

- Free from the 14 major allergens
Quality is not only about what is included in a product. It is also about understanding the ingredients, how the product is manufactured and having clear information available to customers.
