60-Day Returns for Unopened Bottles
- Only unopened, sealed bottles are eligible for a refund.
- Bottles must be in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.

⚠️ Opened or used bottles cannot be returned. This ensures every family receives products that are fresh, safe, and tamper-free.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at with your order number.
- We will confirm your return and provide clear instructions.
- Send the unopened bottle(s) back to the address provided.
Damages or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email the team with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund promptly.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 working days (up to 10 during busy seasons). If you don't receive your refund within 15 business days, kindly contact team@brightvits.co.uk or team@brightvits.com
