At BrightVits, we want you to feel confident when ordering for your family. If something isn’t right with your order, our team is here to help.

We also welcome customer feedback, as it helps us continue improving BrightVits and the service we provide.

 

60-Day Returns

You can request a return within 60 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unopened, unused and sealed
  • It is returned in its original product packaging
  • You provide your order number or proof of purchase

A £1.99 return shipping fee applies to standard change-of-mind returns and will be deducted from your refund.

For health, hygiene and product-safety reasons, we cannot accept opened or used supplements under our voluntary returns policy.

 

How to Start a Return

Email team@brightvits.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • The product you would like to return
  • The reason for the return

We will confirm your return and provide the return instructions.

Please do not send products back before contacting us.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether it meets the conditions of our returns policy.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

 

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email team@brightvits.co.uk as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo where appropriate

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

You will not be charged return shipping where the product is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.

 

Statutory Rights

Our 60-day returns policy is an additional voluntary policy and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Your legal rights still apply where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described or otherwise does not meet the standards required by UK consumer law.
