Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships.

 

Shipping Methods & Estimated Times

• Royal Mail 1st Class: 1–2 business days
• Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2–4 business days
• Evri / ParcelForce Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

 

Shipping Costs

·         Orders under £35: £3.95 standard shipping

·         Orders £35 and above: Free standard shipping

 

Order Tracking: Once shipped, a tracking link will be emailed so you can monitor delivery in real-time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Contact team@brightvits.co.uk or team@brightvits.com  within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to replace or refund your order.

International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the UK.
